‘Grown Out Hair’ is poem about exploring changes within ourselves, its about contradictions of growth as it unfolds into a deep wondering of our own identity. It questions if we truly transform, or disguise ourselves in new layers. It shows how we evolve yet remain who we are. It captures the ache of becoming better,worse and somehow both.
